Definitions
a. "We", "us" and/or "our" means Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc.
b. "Site" is defined as the principal web site of Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc., namely www.spotswoodcustomcomputers.com.
c. "You" or "your" means the individual or entity named on the invoice.

This standard Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions that apply to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery or use of any products or services from Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. By accepting delivery of the product(s) purchased from Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc., you agree to be bound by and accept the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) that is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions is hereby rejected, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, at Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc.'s sole discretion.
If you do not wish to be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must notify Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. immediately and return your purchase pursuant to Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc.'s return policy.
Payment Terms
We accept valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. All Credit Card Orders are fully verified through the issuing bank or institution. .
Limited Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED -- Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. warrants our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment to the original customer. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties, usage not in accordance with instructions accompanying the product(s), failure to perform required preventive maintenance, including but not limited to problems caused by use of software, parts and components not supplied by Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. This warranty does not cover software, external devices; accessories or other parts added to our case after the case is shipped; or accessories or parts that are not installed in the Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. facility. You must retain the invoice as evidence of the purchase date. Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc.'s sole and exclusive warranty obligation is to repair or replace the allegedly defective product(s) at its option. Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. may decline warranty coverage without the customer's original invoice as evidence of coverage. This warranty cannot be extended or transferred after the time of sale.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE. SPOTSWOOD CUSTOM COMPUTERS, INC.'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD, AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SPOTSWOOD CUSTOM COMPUTERS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE ARE BEING SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE LAW, SPOTSWOOD CUSTOM COMPUTERS, INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. SPOTSWOOD CUSTOM COMPUTERS, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, VALIDITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF, OR OTHERWISE RESPECTING, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.
Return Policy
Due to the fully customized nature of the case, all cases are non-refundable and non-cancelable three days after the original order date. To return damaged merchandise for credit, repair or replacement, the customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). To obtain a RMA number, contact us with your product number, your name, reason you are returning the case and a request for a RMA number. All returns require a RMA number. Packages without a RMA number will not be accepted for refund. Due to limited stock, replacements for some products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that you use a reputable, trackable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx or DHL with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. The RMA number that was issued to you should be clearly written on each side of the box. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US postal service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. You must return the product to Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc.'s facility with proof of delivery within ten (10) days of receiving your RMA number.
Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB point of shipment, and will only be made on weekdays except national holidays. Risk on loss shall pass upon delivery to the common carrier. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are subject to stock availability. Our shipping charges are based on each individual product's weight and the time it takes to pack each box with sufficient care and packaging to expect the product to arrive safely, and are calculated as determined by Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. All packages are shipped by UPS or USPS.
Shipping Damage and Discrepancy
Customers should call our customer service department to report any discrepancy, including missing and wrong items, within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the shipment. Customer should notify the carrier and request a DAMAGE REPORT for damaged shipment.
Privacy Policy
Information regarding you or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization, person or entity not directly associated with the sales, billing, assembly, testing and shipping of your purchase, unless required by law. Only the portion of your information that is necessary to process your order is shared.
Trademarks
Any Trademarks used on the Site are trademarks of Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. or their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting usage rights to any third party, by implication or otherwise without the written permission of us or any third party owner.

Your use of the Site is at your risk. Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. Neither Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, or inability to use or access, the Site.
All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Spotswood Custom Computers, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

All product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Photos displayed on Site may contain optional items that are not included in the default configuration for that system.

You hereto hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Hampshire and of the United States of America, for any litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby (and agrees not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts), and further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by U.S. registered mail to its respective address set forth in this Agreement shall be effective service of process for any litigation brought against it in any such court. You hereto hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives any objection to the laying of venue of any litigation arising out of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby in the courts of the State of New Hampshire or the United States of America, and hereby further irrevocably and unconditionally waives and agrees not to plead or claim in any such court that any such litigation brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum
